What is feeding your tank or tap?

A tank describes storage, not the original water source. Untreated canal, river, rain or private-supply water may need treatment before the drinking-water stage.

StageTwo and RO perform different jobs. If you are unsure which parts your current installation needs, send us its details before buying.

Plan the installation.

01Check the feed

Confirm the original water source, existing pre-filtration and available pressure.

02Check the space

Fit the RO unit indoors, with room for its connections and filter replacement.

03Plan the tap & drain

The included tap needs a 23mm hole. Plan the RO reject-water connection as part of the installation and follow the unit instructions.

Questions about drinking-water upgrades.

Does the RO unit feed every tap?

The listed RO unit supplies its own drinking-water tap at 1.6 L/min. Domestic outlets and drinking-water demand are separate parts of the design.

Can I buy replacement filters?

Yes. The FinalStage replacement set includes the PCT filter and RO membrane. Check the model and recommended replacement guidance for your unit.

I can't fit RO under the sink. What next?

An adjacent cupboard or another suitable indoor space can work. Simple push-fit fittings and tubing bring the supply to the unit, then take the drinking-water outlet to the tap. Plan access, the tubing route and the required waste-water connection.
