Private water supplies

Start with the water you have.

A private supply needs a setup matched to its water quality and required output. Send us the source details and any recent laboratory report before choosing equipment.

A clear source can still need treatment.

Sediment, dissolved substances and microbiological quality are different questions. The right arrangement depends on what needs treating and what the water will be used for.

We will review the information you provide and discuss whether the Offgrid Water range is appropriate. A borehole, well or spring does not automatically mean you need the Rain system.

Send these details to get started.

01Source & water report

Tell us whether it is a borehole, well or spring, where it is and whether you have a recent laboratory report.

02Demand & intended use

Tell us whether you need drinking water, general domestic water or both, plus approximate daily use and how many outlets run together.

03Existing equipment

Include the current pump, tank, filters, power supply and a photo or simple sketch of the installation.

What happens next?

A suitable starting point

We discuss the information available and any questions that need resolving before selecting equipment.

A defined installation

Any recommendation should explain what is included, what existing equipment it relies on and any additional treatment or assessment needed.

Not sure which source describes your water?

My water comes from a stream.

An open stream is surface water. Start with Canals & rivers and tell us how you collect and store it.

I don't have a water report.

Contact us with the source, intended use and current equipment. We can discuss what information is needed before recommending a system.

The water looks clear. Does that settle the choice?

No. Appearance alone does not establish what treatment is needed. A source assessment and appropriate testing provide a better basis for choosing equipment.

Tell us about your supply.

Use the contact form to describe the source and current setup. Mention any water report you have so we can follow up with you.
