Argonide NanoCeram® Advanced Filter Cartridge
The Argonide NanoCeram® is a high-performance 10-inch filter cartridge designed to capture extremely fine particles, bacteria, cysts and other suspended contaminants while maintaining a relatively high flow rate and low pressure drop.
Unlike conventional mechanical filters, NanoCeram® uses electropositive filtration media that attracts and retains negatively charged contaminants as water passes through the cartridge. Its pleated construction provides a large filtration area without relying solely on extremely small physical pores.
Offgrid Water system compatibility
This cartridge is supplied for use as:
Filter C in the Offgrid Water StageTwo system, as a higher-flow alternative to the standard ultrafiltration cartridge. Replace every 6–12 months. Recommended application.
The final Filter C in three-filter Offgrid Rain systems - replaced every 6-12 months.
Filter F in a StageOne system configured for clear source water - replaced every 10-20,000 litres.
The Filter F configuration is suitable for relatively clear source water, such as appropriately collected rainwater, springs, boreholes or cleaner upper-course water sources.
It is not the recommended Filter F cartridge for canal water, turbid water or lower-course rivers, where the standard StageOne filtration configuration should be used.

Important information
NanoCeram® cartridges have been tested and certified by IAPMO R&T to NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for material safety. This does not mean that every contaminant-removal claim or complete filtration system is independently certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 53.
Cartridge life depends on source-water quality, sediment loading, flow rate and the filtration stages installed before it. Water containing substantial sediment or turbidity must be adequately prefiltered to prevent premature blockage.
This cartridge should be used as part of an appropriately configured multi-stage filtration system. It does not, by itself, guarantee that untreated source water is safe to drink.
